Seth Gardner is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for overseeing the legal function for private equity investments in North America. Mr. Gardner has over 31 years of professional experience.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2024, Mr. Gardner served as the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Operating Officer of The Carlyle Group’s credit division and as a Managing Director in the private equity group at Cerberus Capital Management. Mr. Gardner began his career as an attorney with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
Mr. Gardner holds Bachelor of Arts, Master of Business Administration, and Juris Doctor degrees from Duke University.
