Adam Campbell is a Managing Director and Senior Counsel at Hudson, responsible for overseeing the legal function for all commercial real estate and debt portfolio assets in Europe. Mr. Campbell has 22 years of experience as a lawyer in real estate, distressed mergers and acquisitions, and finance.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2012, Mr. Campbell worked for the international law firm DLA Piper for 11 years, advising lenders and private equity sponsors on distressed situations and restructuring.
Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and a Post-graduate Legal Practice Course from the Law School of York. He is also a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
