Adam Loskove

Adam Loskove is a Managing Director and Senior Counsel at Hudson, responsible for providing legal oversight for the purchasing, financing, securitizing, and disposition of mortgage-related assets, residential real property, and structured finance securities. Mr. Loskove has 24 years of experience.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2016, Mr. Loskove spent 12 years as a Director in the structured products group of Credit Suisse Securities focused on securitizations, warehouse financing, and whole-loan trading. Preceding his time at Credit Suisse, Mr. Loskove spent five years as an Associate at Thacher Proffitt & Wood, representing issuers of residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities and whole-loan trading participants.
Mr. Loskove holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, with honors, from Yeshiva University and earned a Juris Doctor, with honors, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is also Licensed by the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar.
