Alex Grau
Managing DirectorAlex Grau is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for overseeing the asset management of corporate private equity-related investments in both North America and Latin America. Mr. Grau has 17 years of experience in private equity, managing corporate equity and debt investments across a variety of industries and spanning performing and non-performing deals.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2017, Mr. Grau worked as a Principal at American Capital, where he held similar responsibilities. Mr. Grau also has four years of experience in strategy consulting roles with McKinsey & Company and Strategic Pricing Group (acquired by Deloitte).
Mr. Grau holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph Wharton Fellow. Mr. Grau also holds an inactive certified insolvency and restructuring advisor (CIRA) designation from the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
