Andrew Heath-Richardson
Managing DirectorAndrew Heath-Richardson is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for the oversight of certain commercial real estate-related development activities in Europe, including reviewing and underwriting development opportunities together with ensuring a strategic approach to development management across all acquisitions and construction projects. Mr. Heath-Richardson has 42 years of experience within the development and construction industry and has worked in Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2020, Mr. Heath-Richardson spent 22 years at Canary Wharf Group as part of the team that developed one of the largest regeneration projects in Europe in the past 30 years. Previously, Mr. Heath-Richardson served as the lead development director on several high-profile projects in the City of London, including the Walkie Talkie Building at 20 Fenchurch Street as well as Drapers’ Gardens and the BlackRock European head offices, taking both developments from feasibility to disposal.
Mr. Heath-Richardson commenced his career as an indentured apprentice, gaining ONC and HNC qualifications at London’s South Bank Polytechnic.
