Arjen Harmens

Arjen Harmens is a Managing Director and Head of Europe CRE Investments at Hudson, responsible for the oversight of Europe commercial real estate asset management services, including asset management, portfolio management, and exit strategy and execution. Mr. Harmens has 31 years of experience in the private equity real estate industry, with a primary focus on asset management and restructuring.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2023, Mr. Harmens spent nine years at Propertize, a Netherlands-based underwriting and asset management platform, where he served as a Managing Director for four years. Prior to joining Propertize, Mr. Harmens served as a Director at Bouwfonds (ABN AMRO and SNS in the Netherlands), where he dealt with the origination and structuring of real estate transactions.
Mr. Harmens holds a Master in Social and Economic Geography from the University in Groningen and completed a leadership program at INSEAD.
