Bryan Esposito

Bryan Esposito is a Managing Director and Co-Head of North America CRE at Hudson, responsible for the oversight of commercial real estate advisory services in North America. Additionally, he leads the portfolio strategy for all hospitality investments, including equity investments and loans backed by hospitality real estate. Mr. Esposito has 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and has significant experience in underwriting, operational optimization, capital planning and execution, brand and third-party relationship management, and acquisitions/dispositions.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2013, Mr. Esposito was at Lodgian, a public lodging company, in the real estate group. Prior to Lodgian, Mr. Esposito was at HREC, a national gaming advisory and brokerage firm, and before that, hotel operations.
Mr. Esposito holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
