Prior to joining Hudson in 2021, Mr. Hagin was a Managing Director at Lone Star, where he was responsible for origination activities related to corporate private equity and debt investments throughout North America. Mr. Hagin previously served in various capacities at H.I.G. WhiteHorse, a middle-market private equity firm and credit affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, and HM Capital Partners, where he was responsible for identifying and executing investment opportunities. Mr. Hagin began his career in investment banking at Raymond James & Associates.

Mr. Hagin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.
