Dana Kupersmith
Managing DirectorDana Kupersmith is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for overseeing the asset management of corporate private equity-related investments in North America. Ms. Kupersmith has 24 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate, and private equity, originating, underwriting and managing corporate investments across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2025, Ms. Kupersmith was a Managing Director on the Private Equity team at Black Diamond Capital Management, where she held similar responsibilities. She has also served in investing and operating partner roles at SEACOR Holdings Inc. and Raytheon Company (NYSE:RTN). Earlier in her career, Ms. Kupersmith was as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and a consultant at Oliver Wyman.
Ms. Kupersmith holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, a Master of Arts from John Hopkins School of International Studies and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
