Dean Minter
Managing DirectorDean Minter is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for the oversight and implementation of asset management strategies across various commercial real estate-related investments in the U.K., specializing in office and retail. Mr. Minter has 18 years of experience in the real estate industry in the U.K. and Europe, including on acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions in excess of £5 billion of assets across a range of market sectors.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2010, Mr. Minter worked as an investment advisor at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly known as DTZ Debenham Tie Leung), advising a range of clients, including lenders, institutional investors, property companies, and high-net-worth individuals/family offices, on the acquisition, asset management, and disposal of assets across the U.K. and Europe.
Mr. Minter holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management from Northumbria University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
