Derek Edwards
Chief Financial OfficerDerek Edwards is the Chief Financial Officer for Hudson, responsible for overseeing the fund services, accounting, tax, cash management, hedging, and insurance management functions globally. Mr. Edwards has 29 years of finance, valuation, and accounting experience within the investment management, real estate, financial services, and technology industries.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2009, Mr. Edwards was a Director of finance at a Dallas-based technology company and was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing various financial and accounting processes across the organization.
Mr. Edwards holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
