Doug Hamilton
Managing DirectorDoug Hamilton is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for sourcing and managing the firm’s various financing strategies focusing on structured products and other credit securities. Mr. Hamilton is also responsible for accessing the capital markets and managing the COLT, VOLT, and LSTAR securitization programs. Additionally, Mr. Hamilton is responsible for managing the exit and liquidations of ABS CDO investments. Mr. Hamilton has 19 years of experience in structured products.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2008, Mr. Hamilton was an Associate at Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital, where he structured CLOs and ABS CDOs.
Mr. Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oregon and a Master of Business Administration from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.
