Frank Nitschke
Managing DirectorFrank Nitschke is a Managing Director and global head of Real Estate Research at Hudson, responsible for providing investment research and strategic advice to the commercial real estate advisory teams. Mr. Nitschke has 30 years of real estate investment experience.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2020, Mr. Nitschke was an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate, providing strategic investment advice to the firm’s core, core-plus, and value-add equity real estate funds. Mr. Nitschke was a member of the firm’s U.S. and real estate finance investment committees. Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Mr. Nitschke founded an independent real estate research firm, providing research to opportunistic and value-add funds, insurance companies, investment banks, pension funds, and construction-related firms.
Mr. Nitschke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration (Stern Scholar) from the New York University Stern School of Business.
