Gregory Spezzano
Managing DirectorGreg Spezzano is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for asset management related to commercial real estate-related investments in the U.K., specializing in multifamily. Mr. Spezzano has 34 years of property management experience, including more than 30 years covering U.S. markets.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2019, Mr. Spezzano served dual roles as National Director of multifamily lease-up strategy and as Senior Vice President of property management for the west division at Berkshire Property Advisors. Prior to joining Berkshire Property Advisors, Mr. Spezzano served as Vice President at Riverstone Residential Group and served in a variety of roles with Alliance Residential Company.
Mr. Spezzano holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.
