Hiroshi Takimoto
Managing DirectorHiroshi Takimoto is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for overseeing commercial real estate-related investments in Japan. Mr. Takimoto has 31 years of experience in real estate finance and asset management.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2023, Mr. Takimoto was with Unizo Holdings, a Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed real estate and hotel management platform, where he led all domestic acquisitions and exits as Managing Director and head of transactions. Before joining Unizo in 2015, Mr. Takimoto spent 10 years at Cerberus in Tokyo, where he was involved in managing and restructuring distressed real estate portfolios and operating platforms.
Mr. Takimoto holds a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Tokyo. He is also a CFA® charterholder, a Chartered Member of the Security Analysts Association of Japan, and a Certified Real Estate Transaction Agent.
