Ian Wellby
Managing DirectorIan Wellby is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for leading underwriting efforts for commercial real estate-related opportunities in Europe. Mr. Wellby previously focused on U.K. direct investment and pan-European corporate real estate opportunities. Mr. Wellby has 17 years of experience in real estate finance and investment banking.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2020, Mr. Wellby was a vice president in the London office of Goldman Sachs, where advised on various corporate real estate acquisitions working within the investment banking division.
Mr. Wellby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics with honors from the University of Oxford.
