Jeremy Fryzuk
Managing DirectorJeremy Fryzuk is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for underwriting corporate private equity-related opportunities in North America. Mr. Fryzuk has held various positions at the firm across both Europe and North America. Mr. Fryzuk has 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2015, Mr. Fryzuk worked for the private equity firm Rhône Group, where he focused on evaluating and executing leveraged buyout opportunities as well as managing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Rhône Group, Mr. Fryzuk worked for Morgan Stanley in both the principal investments group and investment banking division.
Mr. Fryzuk holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada.
