Jonathan Wollerman
Managing DirectorJonathan Wollerman is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for portfolio management and reporting for commercial real estate-related investments. Mr. Wollerman has held various positions at the firm, including his prior role as a director with a focus on NPL asset management and portfolio oversight in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, he was based in London managing assets with a focus on NPLs and CRE development projects.. Mr. Wollerman has over 18 years of experience in real estate finance and asset management.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2011, Mr. Wollerman was an asset manager in the London office of Hatfield Philips International, a special servicer of European CRE and CMBS loans, where he managed oversight and workout of various CRE backed loan portfolios.
Mr. Wollerman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Law and Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, from the University of Victoria, Wellington, New Zealand.
