Katsuro Kurihara

Katsuro Kurihara is a Managing Director and Head of Japan CRE Underwriting at Hudson, responsible for overseeing commercial real estate-related opportunities in Japan. Mr. Kurihara has underwritten non-performing loan collateral, hard assets of various types and sizes, as well as operational assets, such as hotels, throughout Japan for 25 years. Mr. Kurihara has 32 years of experience.
Prior to joining Hudson in 1998, Mr. Kurihara worked for Nomura Properties for eight years. He began working in underwriting in 1994.
Mr. Kurihara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Economics from Chiba University. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and a Certified Real Estate Transaction Agent.
