Kevin Johns
Managing DirectorKevin Johns is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for all corporate private equity capital markets-related transactions in North America. Mr. Johns has overseen the execution of more than $15 billion of debt and equity transactions. Mr. Johns has over 23 years of experience in leveraged finance and capital markets origination.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2017, Mr. Johns served as a Director at RBC Capital Markets and a Director at Citigroup. Mr. Johns began his career in leveraged finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch before departing as a Vice President. During his investment banking career, Mr. Johns was responsible for executing transactions in excess of $70 billion across all industries, products, and markets.
Mr. Johns holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University.
