Kevin Luke
Managing DirectorKevin Luke is a Managing Director and at Hudson, responsible for responsible for overseeing commercial real estate advisory services across asset classes in North America. Mr. Luke also leads the financing efforts for commercial real estate-related investments in North America and is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and documenting acquisition financing and refinancing efforts, as well as managing loan administrative duties and lender interactions once financings are closed. Mr. Luke has 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2011, Mr. Luke held a similar role executing financing strategies at Shorenstein Properties. Prior experience also includes asset management and acquisition roles at Jones Lang LaSalle and The RREEF companies.
Mr. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Tufts University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
