Laura Sims is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for all legal matters affecting real property assets in North America, including deal level investment structure, acquisitions, dispositions and financings, REIT management, and on-going asset management matters. Ms. Sims has 26 years of experience.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2012, Ms. Sims was a Partner at the law firms of Jenkens & Gilchrist, Winstead PC, and Crouch & Ramey.
Ms. Sims holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Religion from Trinity University and a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, Order of the Coif from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Ms. Sims is Licensed by the Texas State Bar.
