Laura Sims is a Managing Director and Senior Counsel at Hudson, responsible for all legal matters affecting North American real property assets, including deal level investment structure, acquisitions, dispositions and financings, REIT management, and ongoing asset management matters.  Ms. Sims also provides legal advice on human resources, benefits, and immigration matters. Ms. Sims has over 28 years of experience, focusing on commercial real estate matters for a variety of clients, including seniors housing developers/operators, national retail tenants, and public employee pension funds.
