Prior to joining Hudson in 2022, Mr. Cherman founded, developed, and sold a financial technology company in Brazil. Previously, Mr. Cherman held various leadership positions with companies in the U.S., Europe, and Brazil, where he led a digital bank and a turnaround of a consumer lender. Mr. Cherman also held various senior positions with Citigroup. During his early career, Mr. Cherman was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group, focusing on financial services.

Mr. Cherman holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica of Rio de Janeiro, where he was a recipient of a merit scholarship, and a Master of Business Administration, with honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
