Maren Woody is Managing Director and global head of Human Resources at Hudson, responsible for managing the global human resources function, including compensation and benefits administration, employee headcount and cost budgeting, payroll, talent acquisition, employee relations, and the human resources information system. Ms. Woody has held various positions at the firm, including as Director, Human Resources and Administration, and Vice President, Corporate Controller. She has 22 years of industry experience in accounting, financial reporting, human resources, and operations.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2009, Ms. Woody was an audit assurance manager at Ernst & Young, specializing in the real estate industry. She also worked in financial reporting for HBK Capital Management.
Ms. Woody holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Virginia. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
