Prior to joining Hudson in 2025, Mr. Azoulay was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, where he was responsible for leading strategy and corporate finance engagements for private capital investors, asset managers, and banks. Mr. Azoulay was also a Partner at Cape Management Global, a boutique real estate investment firm. Mr. Azoulay also held various positions at Lehman Brothers, Nomura, and UBS, and was responsible for managing a portfolio of European equity derivatives. Mr. Azoulay has 19 years of experience in financial services.

Mr. Azoulay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics and Master of Science in Management from EM Lyon Business School.
