Masatoshi Kaburagi

Masatoshi Kaburagi is a Managing Director and Head of Japan CRE Investments at Hudson, responsible for overseeing commercial real estate-related asset management activities in Japan. Mr. Kaburagi has led the Japan commercial real estate asset management team for 20 years. Mr. Kaburagi has 35 years of experience in asset management and retail development.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2003, Mr. Kaburagi spent 15 years at The Seibu Department Stores, Ltd., where he was responsible for retail development, real estate acquisitions and disposals, civil rehabilitation, and the reorganization of acquired businesses.
Mr. Kaburagi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science, Technology, and Mechanical Engineering from Waseda University. He is also a Certified Real Estate Transaction Agent, a Real Estate Consulting Master, and a Certified Building Administrator.
