Matt Hagan
Managing DirectorMatt Hagan is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for the underwriting and oversight of corporate credit and private equity investments. Mr. Hagan has 22 years of experience.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2014, Mr. Hagan served in various capacities at Plainfield Asset Management and Hudson Bay Capital where he focused on originating, underwriting, and managing special situations and complex corporate investments across the capital structure.
Mr. Hagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and is a CFA® charterholder.
