Prior to joining Hudson in 2018, Mr. Barbara was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan for 13 years and has over 20 years of experience in finance, capital markets, and private equity.

Mr. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Science in quantitative finance and risk management from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
