Neal Morar
Managing DirectorNeal Morar is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for asset management of corporate private equity-related investments in Europe and certain risk management activities across Europe, the Americas, and Japan. Mr. Morar has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hudson Advisors UK Limited. Mr. Morar has 26 years of industry experience, including 22 with regulated entities subject to regulatory oversight in the U.K., Jersey, and Ireland.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2012, Mr. Morar served as Managing Director and international Chief Financial Officer for AIG Investments. Mr. Morar also has 10 years of experience in various CFO roles for the Capita Group while the company was in the FTSE100.
Mr. Morar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hertfordshire. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 1996 and gained fellow status (FCCA) in 2001.
