Paul Pasalic

Paul Pasalic is a Managing Director and Senior Counsel at Hudson, responsible for overseeing the legal function for corporate private equity investments in Europe. Mr. Pasalic has 16 years of experience in private equity transactions and both public and private mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2019, Mr. Pasalic was a transactional lawyer in the London office of Shearman & Sterling LLP, where he advised on a diverse array of complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions across various industries and across the capital structure.
Mr. Pasalic holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Simon Fraser University and earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. Mr. Pasalic is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, Licensed by the New York State Bar, and Barrister & Solicitor – Ontario & Alberta, Canada. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
