Pawel Kowalski
Managing DirectorPawel Kowalski is a Managing Director at Hudson, primarily focused on capital markets activities in EMEA. Mr. Kowalski has 15 years of experience in investment banking and private equity.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2023, Mr. Kowalski was a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group of Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for coverage of large cap Private Equity funds, with a particular focus on leveraged finance.
Mr. Kowalski holds a Master’s degree (Diplome Grande Ecole) from the ESCP Europe and the Technische Universitat Berlin.
