Paxton Flesher
Managing DirectorPaxton Flesher is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for overseeing the underwriting and portfolio management of portfolio opportunities and investments in Europe. Mr. Flesher has 14 years of experience across the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2011, Mr. Flesher was in the global mortgages and structured finance group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has transaction experience across a range of investment classes, including structured products, portfolios, corporate buyouts, real estate, and financial institutions.
Mr. Flesher holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and Economics, a Minor in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Commerce, Concentration in Financial Services from the University of Virginia. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
