Peter Swanger is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for overseeing legal and compliance in Japan. Mr. Swanger has 30 years of legal experience in real estate, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and asset management.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2003, Mr. Swanger served as in-house counsel at Alliance Capital and at Deutsche Securities in Japan. He began his career with Cleary Gottlieb in New York in 1993.
Mr. Swanger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies from Earlham College, a Master of Arts in Regional Studies East Asia from Harvard University, and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
