Managing DirectorPhilippe Bernard is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for portfolio management activities for commercial real estate assets across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions. Mr. Bernard has 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to re-joining Hudson in 2025, Mr. Bernard worked at Lone Star where he served in multiple positions in portfolio management and operations in North America and Latin America for the Commercial Real Estate Funds and Opportunity Funds. Prior to joining Lone Star in 2018, Mr. Bernard worked for over 10 years at Hudson where he held several positions across the organization including roles of increasing responsibility in portfolio management, asset management and underwriting.
Mr. Bernard holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec, Canada.
