Mr. Templet is Chief Operating Officer for Hudson Homes, Hudson’s wholly-owned, single-family residential property management platform. Mr. Templet has held various positions at the firm, including Managing Director with responsibility for residential whole loan and single-family real estate platforms that manage residential real-estate owned and single-family rental assets. Mr. Templet also has managed direct assets and portfolios of investments across many asset classes, strategies and capital structures. He has overseen the formation and development of Hudson Homes since its inception in 2018. Mr. Templet has 18 years of experience in the finance and real estate industries.
