Robert Rankin
Managing DirectorRobert Rankin is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for the oversight and implementation of asset management strategies across various real estate-related investments in Europe, specializing in real estate development. Mr. Rankin has 23 years of experience in the real estate industry in the U.K. and Europe, working on in excess of £7.5 billion of assets across a range of market sectors.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2020, Mr. Rankin served as a Managing Director in the real estate finance team at Intermediate Capital Group, working on their residential real estate development fund. Mr. Rankin started his career serving as a surveyor at Kajima UK and a commercial manager at ISG PLC.
Mr. Rankin holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Reading, and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
