Managing DirectorValentyn Makarenko is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for underwriting and executing corporate private equity transactions. Mr. Makarenko has worked in the Tokyo and London offices and has over 12 years of experience in private equity and investment banking.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2016, Mr. Makarenko worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in London.
Mr. Makarenko holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Warwick and a Master of Science in Management from London Business School.
