Prior to joining Hudson in 2012, Mr. Reig Schmidt practiced law in Madrid, Hamburg, Brussels, and New York, advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Reig Schmidt worked at the law firms White & Case, Winston & Strawn, and Gomez-Acebo & Pombo.
Mr. Reig Schmidt holds a Master of Law from the Universidad San Pablo CEU. He is also Licensed by the Madrid Bar Association.
